Due to the perishable nature of our Japanese Barbecue Sauce, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If your sauce arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days for a resolution.

  Upon arrival, please check your Bachan's bottles for any signs of leakage or damage that may have occurred during transit.

  If there is an issue, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product in question.

  Quality Review

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or a full refund is the best course of action.

  Resolution

  Once approved, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a fresh batch of sauce at no extra cost.
