Yes, because we do not use any artificial preservatives, we recommend refrigerating your sauce after opening to maintain its fresh, authentic flavor.
Is Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce gluten-free?
We offer a specific Gluten-Free lineup! While our Original sauce contains traditional wheat-based soy sauce, our Gluten-Free versions use tamari to ensure the same great taste without the gluten.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.
Are your ingredients non-GMO?
Absolutely. We are committed to quality and only use non-GMO ingredients, including our premium soy sauce, organic ginger, and organic garlic.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your sauce, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
